Products can be exchanged from Morbido within 15 days from the date of delivery. Please note:
The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with the price label attached and accompanied by the purchase invoice.
Items bought on sale cannot be exchanged or refunded.
Due to variations in screen settings and lighting during photography, the actual product color/texture may slightly differ from what is seen online. Products cannot be exchanged for this reason.
We will only exchange any product(s) if:
A defective or wrong product has been delivered.
The size purchased is not accurate as required.

We have a No Refund Policy. However, in exceptional cases where a product is out of stock, refunds may be issued.
Refunds will be processed to the same credit/debit card used for the original purchase.
The refund amount will include the product cost and applicable taxes only (shipping/handling costs are non-refundable).
Please allow up to 10 working days for processing.
You may cancel your order before it has been processed for shipping.
Once an order is fulfilled and shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, our Return & Exchange Policy will apply.
There are scenarios where returns or exchanges cannot be supported, including (but not limited to):
Orders cancelled due to product being out of stock, pricing errors, or declined payments.
Items returned in a damaged, soiled, used, or altered condition may not be accepted and could be returned to the customer.
Requests made outside the 15-day time frame will not be accepted.
Products damaged due to use after delivery, tampering, or mishandling cannot be exchanged.
While trying shoes, please test them on a carpeted surface to avoid sole damage and keep all tags/security labels attached.
Missing items (price tags, labels, original packaging, freebies, or accessories) will make the product ineligible for return/exchange.
Sale items cannot be exchanged. If an item bought at regular price goes on sale later, it will be exchanged at the sale price.

A product with a manufacturing or design defect.
Not considered defective:
Normal wear and tear such as worn stitching, frayed straps, or worn soles.
Damage caused by misuse, mishandling, or improper storage.
Broken/damaged laces, accessories, or other replaceable parts due to use.
